Breakfast Sausage balls

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups bisquick

16 ounce hot sausage

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (shred the cheese yourself for better flavor)

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp black pepper

water as needed


Instructions

Pre-heat oven on Low

RECIPE

Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl until well blended.

Roll mixture into evenly sized balls about 1″ in diameter (slightly smaller than ping pong balls)

Place balls evenly spaced onto a wire pizza pan (can be placed directly on stone but requires more work putting them in and taking them out).

Cook on low until the balls turn golden brown, about 8 minutes.

Notes

If you don’t have a pan cooking directly on the stone will work perfectly fine, it will just take more time as you have to place the balls individually on the stone as it turns.
