All the flavor of tangy, buffalo hot wings in one creamy, cheesy, scoop-able dip! Perfect for your next football watch party or for dinner! With just a few ingredients, this simple recipe will have all your friends raving.
1lb Grilled chicken – Fork shredded
2 cups smoked cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s is the right answer)
1 8 ounce block of cream cheese
Crumbles of choice (I use ritz crackers) for topping
VERSA 16 SETTINGS
Pre-heat Versa 16 Pizza Oven on Medium
Mix chicken, 1 cup of cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese in a bowl until the cream cheese is consistently mixed in.
Move mixture to oven safe pan (I use an 8″ x 8″ pan) and take remaining cup of cheese and spread evenly on the top. Add crumbles on top and place in pizza oven on medium for 8 minutes after pre-heat.
Serve with chips/crackers of choice, I prefer Fritos scoops but any sturdy chips will work.
Chicken does not have to be grilled but highly suggest using it over canned chicken as it imparts much more flavor.
