Dry rubbed chicken wings

Ingredients

2 lb chicken wings split into flats and drums

2 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp black pepper

1/4 cup brown sugar


Instructions

VERSA 16 SETTINGS

Pre-heat Versa 16 Pizza Oven on High

RECIPE

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.

Take chicken wings and coat evenly with seasoning.

Place wings in oven safe pan and cook on high for 6-8 minutes flipping wings half way through. Wings are done when internal temperature gets to 165 degrees.

Notes

Cook time may vary depending on outdoor conditions including wind.
