Description

Fire up the Prime Pellet Grill for the ultimate BBQ snack—smoky, sweet, and tender pork belly burnt ends.


Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs pork belly, cut into cubes

2 tbsp BBQ rub (we used Meat Candy)

½ cup BBQ sauce (such as Honey Glaze)

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

Prep the Pork Belly – Cut pork belly into cubes and place them on a wire rack inside a foil-lined pan.

Season & Smoke – Coat evenly with BBQ rub, then smoke at 225°F until tender (about 2 hours).

Sauce & Cook – Toss the smoked pork belly in BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and melted butter. Return to the smoker at 275°F for 45 minutes, uncovered.

Serve & Enjoy – Let rest for a few minutes, then dig in!
