Description
Tender and oh so juicy, this is bound to be the best filet mignon you’ll ever have – and baked in a Pizza Oven! Seared to golden brown perfection, you can top your steak with garlic herb butter or our vibrant chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients
1 Filet Mignon (roughly 2″ thick)
Greek Salt
Olive Oil
Chimichurri sauce
Instructions
VERSA 16 SETTINGS
Pre-heat Versa 16 Pizza Oven on High
RECIPE
Take filet and drizzle oil over it season with Greek salt.
Pre-heat oven on high, place steaks near edge of stone, flipping steaks every 2 minutes until desired rarity. About 10 minutes for medium rare.
After plating, take chimichurri sauce and put about a tablespoon on each steak cooked.
Notes
Can season filet’s with any seasoning I prefer Greek salt for it’s simplicity and flavors.
