Flank Steak Tacos

Description
Save this recipe and make these PERFECT Flank Steak Tacos!​
Ingredients
Make the Marinade in a large ziplock bag with these ingredients:
Half of a diced Onion.​
2 sliced up Jalapeño Peppers.​
1/2 cup of chopped Cilantro.​
Juice from 5 Limes.​
3 cloves of Garlic crushed and chopped.​
3 tbsp of Avocado Oil.​
1 Cup of Orange Juice.​
3 Tbsp of Taijin Seasoning
Instructions
Mix it all together and add your Flank Steak to the bag and let it cold marinate for at least 4 hours.​
After that, bring your Elite Series griddle up to 400F, throw down some Avocado Oil, and sear your Flank Steak for around 3.9 minutes on each side.​
When it reaches an internal temperature of 130F, remove the Flank Steak and let it rest for 5 minutes.​
Cut it AGAINST the grain and sprinkle some more Tajin and Cilantro over top to make it look even more delicious.​
Put it on a Taco with Onion, Cilantro, and a Lime Squeeze and enjoy!​
