Make the Marinade in a large ziplock bag with these ingredients:
Half of a diced Onion.
2 sliced up Jalapeño Peppers.
1/2 cup of chopped Cilantro.
Juice from 5 Limes.
3 cloves of Garlic crushed and chopped.
3 tbsp of Avocado Oil.
1 Cup of Orange Juice.
3 Tbsp of Taijin Seasoning
Mix it all together and add your Flank Steak to the bag and let it cold marinate for at least 4 hours. After that, bring your Elite Series griddle up to 400F, throw down some Avocado Oil, and sear your Flank Steak for around 3.9 minutes on each side. When it reaches an internal temperature of 130F, remove the Flank Steak and let it rest for 5 minutes. Cut it AGAINST the grain and sprinkle some more Tajin and Cilantro over top to make it look even more delicious. Put it on a Taco with Onion, Cilantro, and a Lime Squeeze and enjoy!
