Ingredients

1½ cups self-rising flour (plus extra for dusting, if needed)
1 cup Greek yogurt (adjust to form dough consistency)
Pizza sauce (store bought or make ahead Marzano Tomato Sauce, if desired)
Toppings for your pizza (we used Pineapple)
Instructions
For the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
- Stir until a rough dough forms. If sticky, add a bit more flour.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Press the dough or roll out to desired thickness (thin crust recommended).
- Add sauce and your favorite toppings.
For the Pizza Oven:
- Preheat the Versa 16 until the stone temp is 650°F.
- Bake dough with toppings for ~5 minutes, watching carefully.
