Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

4 cups All-Purpose Flour

1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

3/4 tsp. Fine Sea Salt

1/3 cup Butter

1 cup Lukewarm Whole Milk

2 1/4 tsp. Instant Yeast

2 Eggs

1 Egg Yolk

1 cup Brown Sugar

1 tbsp. Powder Sugar)

2.5 tbsp. Cinnamon

1/3 cup Butter



  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix your milk and yeast together with a fork until foamy on the top.
  3. Add eggs to the dry mix and while mixing add the yeast mixture in steps, approximately 1/4 at a time.
  4. Knead dough until smooth and stretchy.


  1. Melt butter and add all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together.


  1. Roll dough out onto a floured surface.
  2. Cover entire dough with sugar
    mixture. Starting from one end, roll
    the dough to the other end.
  3. Cut rolls into sections of 2 inches.
  4. Cook on Versa 16 Pizza Oven for 7 minutes or
    until golden brown.
