Peach Raspberry Salmon

Peach, Raspberry, and Salmon were made for each other. This recipe proves it. Which is why you need to impress someone with it.
Ingredients
4 Salmon Mignon Steaks
Olive Oil​
Cilantro​
3 Cans of Peaches (1 can is for the Peaches on top)​
Hot for Peacher by Fire and Smoke Society​
Soy Sauce​
Fresh Raspberries​
Lime​
Cedar Plank​
Instructions
I used 4 Salmon Mignons that came wrapped in netting. If you use the same, remove the netting prior to cooking.​
the entire surface of your Salmon Steaks with Olive Oil and season generously with the Hot for Peacher Rub (don’t forget the sides).​
Get your Elite Series griddle roaring hot at around 450F-500F and sear the Salmon Steaks for 3 minutes on each side.​
Then place the Salmon Steaks on a water soaked Cedar Plank.​
Top them with a generous amount of the Peach Raspberry sauce and place a Peach Slice over each of the Salmon Steaks.​
Put them on your Prime Series grill, smoker, or oven at 350F until they reach an internal temperature of 145F.​
Top with more Cilantro and enjoy!​
