Pork Tenderloin

  • Author: Jacob Mauzey

Description

Rubbed with garlic, herbs, and sat in a ginger ale marinade, these tender chops are seasoned and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale

2 Tbsp Cilantro

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Chili Powder

1 Tsp Paprika

1 Tbsp Oregano

Pork Tenderloin

Ginger Ale

Instructions

Season pork with all ingredients except ginger ale and set aside for 30 minutes.

Place in a seal-able bag or container and pour in ginger ale until completely submerged, being careful to not pour directly on pork and wash off seasoning.

Allow to sit in ginger ale for 2-4 hours before cooking.

Heat Pellet Grill to 250 degrees and allow temperature to stabilize.

Smoke the tenderloin until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Length of time will depend directly on size of tenderloin.
