Description

If fall is your season and pumpkin is your vibe, these sweet and creamy stuffed biscuits on the Versa 16 are a must-try! Simple to make, but bursting with festive flavors, they’re perfect for any autumn occasion.


Ingredients

can Grands Buttermilk Biscuits (8 biscuits per can)

1 block cream cheese (softened)

2 tbsp canned pumpkin

1 tsp pumpkin spice

1 tsp nutmeg

¾ cup brown sugar

½ tbsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions

Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin, pumpkin spice, nutmeg, brown sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Prep the Biscuits: Open the can of Grands Buttermilk Biscuits and flatten each biscuit with your hands.

Stuff the Biscuits: Place 1–2 tbsp of the pumpkin filling in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges over to seal the dough and form a stuffed biscuit ball.

Butter the Pan: Lightly butter your baking pan with maple cinnamon butter (or regular butter with a touch of cinnamon). Place the stuffed biscuits in the pan.

Add Topping: Brush the tops of the biscuits with a little more butter and sprinkle brown sugar on top for extra sweetness.

Bake: Place the pan in the Versa 16 Pizza Oven. Bake from cold at low heat for 15 minutes, keeping an eye on them as they bake to golden perfection.
