Rise Above Burgers

  • Author: Jacob Mauzey

Description

Why put bacon on a burger when you can put it in the burger? Juicy, crunchy, sweet, and savory, these burgers are a symphony of senses coming together in just the right way.

Ingredients

Scale

3 lb Ground Beef

1 lb Bacon chopped

4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

4 Tbsp Burger Seasoning (I used Boone’s Better Burger Seasoning)

2 Tbsp Powdered Mustard

Barbecue Sauce (use your favorite)

Smoked Cheddar

Onion Rings

Buns

Instructions

Mix ground beef, bacon, and seasonings together and let sit for two or more hours. I put my mix in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat your Prime300 to 250 degrees.

Pat burgers out into 6 ounce patties and place on grill.

Cook for 45 minutes or until meat is 130 degrees internal.

Add cheese and allow to slightly melt.

Top with onion rings and barbecue sauce.

Enjoy!
