Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 chopped onion

1/2 red bell pepper chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

Kettle Chips

Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

French Onion Dip

Sliced Sweet Peppers

Sliced Pickles

Green Onion

Sauce Ingredients:

1/2 cup Ketchup

1/4 cup of Tomato Sauce

2 tbsp of Brown Sugar

1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp Paprika

1/4 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Celery Salt

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your Elite Series griddle until it reaches 350F (gauging with an infrared gun)

On one side of the griddle, throw on 1 pound of Ground Beef

On the other side, throw on 1 chopped small onion, 1/2 of a chopped bell pepper, and 2 minced cloves of garlic. Stir them up occasionally.

While that cooks, mix together the sauce.

Mix the sautéed Vegetables, browned Meat, and the Sloppy Joe Sauce while it simmers until all the flavors mix together.

Take the Sloppy Joe Meat and pour it over a bed of Kettle Potato Chips (Because they won’t get soggy)

Top with Shredded Colby Jack Cheese, French Onion Dip (or Sour Cream if you prefer), Sliced Sweet Peppers, Sliced Little Pickles, and Green Onion.
