ELITE Stir Fry

Description

Stir fry is a griddle’s best friend. Welcome to the Elite Stir Fry zone with this delicious dish!


Ingredients

Scale

12lbs of Venison
2 Packs of Ramen Noodles
1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic.
1 Large Onion.
4 Red and Yellow Sweet Peppers.
1 Zucchini
2 Bunches of Broccoli.
1 Can of Water Chestnuts.
1/2 C of Diced Green Onion
1 Tbsp of Prime Steak Rub by @kosmosq
2 Tbsp of @trybachans Japanese BBQ sauce
Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds


Instructions

Smash and chop cloves of garlic, slice up one large onion, slice up red and yellow Sweet Peppers, cut zucchini into thin strips, chop up bunches of broccoli, open a can of Water Chestnuts, and season your meat with the Prime Steak Rub.

Get your griddle to 350F for the stir fry zone and 500F for the sear zone. Oil it with avocado oil and start with the garlic and onions on the stir fry zone. When they have some color, add the other vegetables and stir every few minutes.

Oil up the sear zone and sear your meat for 1 minute on each side (for venison steak I shoot for 145F internal). When the veggies get a little char, squirt in that Japanese BBQ Sauce and mix it up. Throw on the cold ramen and juice it up with more of the Sauce.

Stir it all together to get everything intimately acquainted and then stir in 2 inch cuts of Green Onion. Pile on the meat, top with sesame seeds and finely cut green onion and enjoy!
