Whole Turkey
Bundle of rosemary, thyme, and sage
Burger seasoning
Injectable butter
Duck fat spray
Instructions
Prepare the turkey by injecting the injectable butter, spraying everywhere with duck fat, seasoning with burger seasoning (inside and out of the bird), and insert the rosemary/thyme/sage bundle.
Preheat the Prime1500 to 350F and place your turkey on, making sure to baste with the injectable butter every hour until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 160F
Allow it to rest for 30 minutes and dig in!
